Como ya se había anunciado anteriormente, Warner (a pesar de que Morrissey no esté de acuerdo ni haya sido consultado) lanzará al mercado otro compilado más de The Smiths. El título elegido fue "Hang The Dj: The Very Best Of", y el mismo será editado el próximo 15 de septiembre.

Tiene 2 ediciones, una consta de un cd normal con 23 canciones y también hay otra edición especial con 23 canciones adicionales.
